This policy explains how Devin Moran, a sole proprietor web developer based in San Diego, CA ("we", "us"), collects and uses your information.

What we collect

When you sign up on our text sign-up form, our paper sign-up sheet, or by scanning our QR code, we collect your name, business name, mobile phone number, and optional email address, along with the date, time and method of your sign-up as a record of your consent. When you visit a website mockup we made for your business, we log the visit.

How we use it

We use your information to send the text messages you signed up for (your website mockup, follow-ups after a missed call, and occasional offers on our website and AI receptionist services), to respond to your questions, and to provide services you buy from us.

Text messaging

Message frequency: up to 2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and no further texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use service providers only to operate our business, such as our text message carrier (Twilio), email provider and web hosting. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep sign-up records as long as needed to show consent and to serve you. You can ask us to see or delete your information by emailing dmaic2024@gmail.com.
